Using the account service
These terms apply to the American Tractor Company website and ATC account service. By creating or using an ATC account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create or use the account. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to act for any organization you represent.
Account security
Provide accurate account information and use an email address you control. Keep your password, recovery links, verification codes and machine activation keys private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support@americantractorcompany.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification before changing access.
Permitted use
Do not impersonate others, access accounts or machines without permission, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, send abusive invitations or use the service unlawfully. Only use organization or machine features for resources you are authorized to manage.
Available features
The website and account service provide only the functions currently enabled. A prototype, preview, product description or account registration does not grant machine operation, remote-pilot access, product ownership or a purchase entitlement. Separate product, sale, safety and machine-service terms may apply when those services become available.
Content and intellectual property
ATC website content, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. You retain rights to information you provide; ATC may process it as needed to operate the service and as described in the Privacy Notice.
Availability and account restrictions
We may maintain, change or suspend features, and may restrict accounts to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Contact support for access issues or account closure. Applicable rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Read the Privacy Notice for information about account data and service providers. Account verification and security emails are part of providing the service; registration is not marketing consent. Questions about these terms or your account can be sent to support@americantractorcompany.com.
Changes
We will publish revised terms here when they change and identify their effective date. If changes require renewed acceptance under applicable law, we will request it. Separate written agreements with ATC take priority for the services they specifically cover.
