Scope and contact
American Tractor Company provides this website, ATC account service and Atlas workspace. This notice describes the services currently available. For privacy questions or requests, email support@americantractorcompany.com. Do not email passwords, verification codes, reset links or machine activation keys.
Information used by the service
When you register, we collect your name, email address, selected region and language. We store a password hash rather than your plain-text password. If you add a passkey, we store its public credential and related device information; your passkey secret stays with your authenticator or passkey provider. We also process session records, verification status, security rate-limit records and technical request information such as IP address and browser information.
Why we use information
We use this information to create and protect your account, verify your email, sign you in, recover access, send account and security emails, investigate errors and respond to support requests. Account registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Organization invitations, when enabled, also use the recipient email address and organization name.
Service providers
Google Cloud hosts the application, database, encrypted email queue and operational logs. Resend processes recipient addresses and message contents to deliver account emails. Sentry and Datadog support error and infrastructure monitoring. Account monitoring is configured to avoid passwords, authentication codes, session cookies and raw email content; browser session replay is disabled. Atlas uses Mapbox for maps and Google Maps Places UI Kit for street and place search. When you open search, your browser loads Google Maps components. Search text, selected places, approximate map location and technical information such as your IP address are processed by Google to provide search results. Mapbox processes map requests and technical information such as your IP address. ATC does not store your place search history or send account passwords, invitation codes or organization membership records to these map providers. Google search is subject to the Google Maps terms at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Providers process information needed to perform these services.
Cookies and passkeys
The account service uses essential secure session cookies to keep you signed in. Blocking these cookies can prevent login. Passkey verification may use your device PIN, fingerprint or face through your authenticator; ATC does not receive your fingerprint or face data.
Protection and retention
We use HTTPS, restricted service permissions, password hashing, protected session cookies and an encrypted email queue. No system can guarantee complete security. Account records remain until removed through an account-management or verified support process. Email queue payloads are cleared after successful delivery or expiration. Operational records and backups can remain after account changes under their configured retention settings.
Your requests and choices
You can sign out or request account help, access, correction or deletion by emailing support@americantractorcompany.com. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting. Some records may need to be retained for security, disputes or applicable legal requirements; we will explain relevant limits when handling your request. Privacy rights vary by location.
Other disclosures and updates
We may disclose information when required by applicable law or necessary to address misuse, security incidents or protect legal rights. This notice does not describe third-party websites or separate machine-control services. We will update this notice when the account service or its information practices change.
